Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TaskOS at tasks.supertuned.ai and its related services (the "Service"). The Service is provided by SuperGaming Pte Ltd, 200 Jalan Sultan, #11-01 Textile Centre, Singapore 199018 ("SuperGaming", "we", "us"). By signing in or using the Service you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorised to do so.

1. Using the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your team's work. Access is by invitation from a workspace owner or administrator.

You agree not to:

• share your account, sign-in links or API tokens, or use someone else's account;
• access, or try to access, projects or data you have not been given access to;
• interfere with, disrupt, probe or overload the Service, or bypass its security or rate limits;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the Service, except as the law allows;
• upload anything unlawful, infringing, harassing or malicious, or use the Service to break the law.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account, email inbox and API tokens secure. Tell us promptly at info@supergaming.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Workspace administrators can invite, change and remove members, and removing a member ends their access immediately.

3. Your content

You and your organisation keep all rights to the projects, tasks, notes and other content you put into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process and display Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to add it. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

4. Our rights

The Service, including its software, design and the TaskOS name and logo, belongs to SuperGaming and its licensors. Except for the licence above, these Terms give you no rights in it. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you.

5. Fees

The Service is currently provided without charge to invited teams. If we introduce fees, we will tell you in advance and you can choose whether to continue.

6. Changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend access where needed for security, maintenance or to enforce these Terms.

7. Ending your use

You may stop using the Service at any time. A workspace owner can ask us to delete the workspace. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we stop providing the Service. Sections 3 (licence to host until deletion), 4 and 8 to 12 survive termination.

8. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for decisions you make based on information in the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperGaming will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the six months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SuperGaming against claims, losses and costs arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms.

11. Disputes and governing law

Please contact us first at info@supergaming.com so we can try to resolve any concern informally. If you live in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California. If you live elsewhere, these Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pune, India.

12. General

• Changes to these Terms: we may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
• Assignment: you may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them in connection with a reorganisation, merger or sale.
• Severability and waiver: if a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
